Terms of Service

This page explains the rules that apply when you use the ORA·tech service: how to create an account, payments, refunds, use of content, and what you are not permitted to do. Please read it carefully — by using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Definitions
- "Service": the interview learning and practice platform at ora-tech.vn (including the website, API, question content, and AI tools).
- "We" / "Us": the entity that operates ORA·tech.
- "You" / "User": the individual who registers an account and uses the Service.
- "Plan": the paid subscription plans (Basic, Junior, Middle, Senior, Leader) — see the Plans page for details.
- "Pro Content": questions and answers that belong to the paid plans (Intermediate and Advanced levels).
2. Acceptance of terms
When you register an account or use the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You confirm that you are 13 years of age or older. Users under 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian before purchasing a paid plan.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Any activity carried out through your account is treated as performed by you.
- Each individual may register only one account. Accounts with duplicate email, IP, or identity may be suspended to prevent abuse.
- You MUST NOT share a paid account with anyone else (including family members). A single account may be signed in on only one device at a time — if sharing is detected: the account is suspended, with no refund.
- If you discover that your account has been compromised, please change your password immediately and email us.
4. Content copyright
- All questions, answers, explanations, analogies, and sample code on ORA·tech are protected by our copyright (except for material submitted by contributors).
- You are permitted to: study, revise, take notes, and print for your own personal use.
- You are NOT permitted to: copy content in bulk, publish it to a website, blog, or public social media, resell it, or use it to train other AI models.
- Each Pro content page carries a unique identifying mark tied to your account information — if content is leaked, we can trace its source.
- If a violation is detected: the account is suspended, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action.
5. Question contributions (Contributor)
If you are granted contributor rights, when you submit contributed questions:
- You confirm that the content was written by you and does not infringe any third-party copyright.
- You grant ORA·tech the right to use that content (edit, translate, publish, and store it) to provide the Service. This right is non-exclusive — you retain your copyright and may use the content elsewhere.
- Spam, substandard, or copied content will be rejected. Repeated violations: contributor rights are revoked.
6. Payment
- Paid plans are valid for 30 days from the time payment is confirmed.
- Payment is made on a single-payment basis — there is no automatic renewal. When a plan expires, you may purchase it again at your discretion.
- Buying a plan identical to one still active → the remaining time is added together (e.g. 10 days left + 30 days purchased → 40 days remaining).
- Prices shown are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).
💚 Refund policy
- Within 24 hours of payment, if you have viewed no more than 5 Pro questions, we will refund 100% of the amount paid.
- After 24 hours, or once you have viewed more than 5 Pro questions: no refund.
- How to request: email support@ora-tech.vn with your order number. We process requests within 5 business days.
7. Prohibited conduct
To protect the shared experience and the rights of all users, you agree NOT to:
- Use automated software (bots, scripts) to download questions from the website in bulk.
- Deliberately bypass the limits of the free plan or access Pro content without purchasing it.
- Attempt passwords in bulk to break into other users' accounts.
- Post harmful content: malware, phishing, or virus links.
- Post junk, spam, or questions/answers unrelated to technology or interviews.
- Impersonate others or use a display name that is deceptive or offensive.
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users, contributors, or admins.
8. Suspension / termination of service
We have the right to suspend or terminate your account when:
- You violate these Terms.
- The account shows signs of being compromised, fraudulent, or a threat to system security.
- You request account deletion by email.
You may also stop using the Service at any time. Where termination results from your violation: the remaining portion of the paid plan is not refunded.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
- The Service is provided "as is". Content is prepared with care, but we do not guarantee it is 100% accurate — technology knowledge changes quickly.
- ORA·tech is not liable for your interview outcomes, career decisions, or any indirect losses arising from your reliance on content in the Service.
- In the event of a technical fault that prevents you from accessing the Service, we will extend your plan free of charge by a period equal to the downtime — this is the sole remedy.
- Limitation of financial liability: in all cases, ORA·tech's maximum financial liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you have paid for plans in the most recent 12 months.
10. Force majeure
We are not liable when we are unable to provide the Service due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, war, epidemics, national internet network outages, failures of cloud infrastructure providers, and decisions of government authorities. Where such an event lasts more than 7 days, we will extend your plan by a corresponding period.
11. Severability
If any provision above is held invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
12. Changes to the terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes (e.g. price increases, new restrictions, or an expansion of ORA·tech's rights), we will notify you by email and an in-app banner at least 7 days before they take effect.
If you do not agree with a change, you may request a refund for the unused portion of your plan before the new terms take effect.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are interpreted and enforced under the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute that arises will first be resolved through negotiation. If no result is reached within 30 days, the matter will be brought before the competent People's Court in Ho Chi Minh City.
